A
Post Graduate in Human Resources from the
Xavier’s Labour Relations Institute
(XLRI), Jamshedpur, Michael was among the
first few professionals in the country to
recognise and advocate Outbound HR Training
in its true form and spirit.
The last fifteen years have seen Michael as
Group Training Manager for Escorts, a Lead
Trainer at the National Institute of Sales,
a senior HR manager with PCL and the National
Head of Human Resources and Training for STAR
TV in India.
On any given day, if you don’t find
him training some of the brightest minds in
corporate India, head for the nearest hill.
He would be midway to the top, reinterpreting

Gandhi |

Komal is the youngest of the training team.
Her expertise lies in Team Building, Communication

she is involved with research, content development
and design of programs.

Ajay Kandari |
An adventure enthusiast
from Doon valley, Ajay heads the technical
team in Step. He earned PGDTM from IITTM,
Gwalior (M.P), where he focused on infusing
adventure sports as an integral part of Indian
tourism. Professionally qualified mountaineer
in outdoor skills from Nehru Institute of
Mountaineering N.I.M. Uttarkashi, he has been
a member of NIM expeditions to various peaks
in Himalaya.
Ajay is keenly interested in adapting adventure
for learning and development. He spends his
spare time designing various adventure-based
activities apart from climbing peaks.

Star: Prabhu Dayal “Bunty” |
Bunty is a young
experienced mountaineer from Delhi, technically
qualified from WHMI, Manali. He has been
an adventure sports instructor in Ramjas
Sports and Mountaineering Institute and
IMF till three years ago when he took up
adventure based learning and development.
He has also successful completed the Indo-Swedish
Artificial Rock climbing Training Camp.
Bunty is easily an expert in designing Obstacle
Courses, Rope Courses and Artificial Rock
Climbing Walls.
