it’s a structure that restricts you from seeing
what lies beyond.
But at Step Consulting, we prefer to look at it
more as an invitation to explore the place it embraces.
This insight guided the design of our in-house
training and development initiative, keeping experiential
learning intrinsic to each of the programmes.
As a result, we offer a large number of developmental
programs that overcome the constraints of an indoor
training environment and turn learning into a fun
experience.
Our customisable in-house training
and development initiatives fall under two heads:
A) Active Participation Training (APT)
modules – A hugely popular set
of workshops that tackle issues like communication,
negotiating skills, interviewing techniques, customer
care etc. through customisable programmes.
The details of the APT modules are as

program on improving Selling Skills

a program on Self-Management
- Delight the customer –
a Customer Care program focused on enhancing
skills for customer satisfaction
- Problem Elimination Program (PEP)
™ – a program of how to
solve organizational problems
All these modules are customized to the specific
requirements of a client. Besides, we also design
and develop programs, like Sales Training, Supervisor
Development etc., that address precise needs of
your employees, based on a Training Need Analysis
output.
B) 3T Handshake (Transfer of Training
Technology) – To supplement the
in-house training initiative of an organisation,
we offer all the programmes under APT as a range
of ready-to-use training products. The training
technology is transferred after equipping the
in-house trainers with all the requisite skills
through a Train the Trainer Lab. Besides, each
programme is accompanied by materials, guidelines,
instructions and procedures required by the in-house
trainers. Through the 3T Handshake all certified
trainers can run these programmes within the organisation.
